Looking for a program or system where I can input all my yearly numbers (expenses/income) for each property that will demonstrate how well a property is performing.

Ideally would like something that is easy to understand, and visually appealing.

Would like to create something simple,!yet useful and practical that I can bring to potential investors, and make a pitch.

Our potential JV partners will be friends and family- they aren't as well versed in real estate investments- so will need something relatively easy to understand.

How does everyone else compile all their property performances into one document or portfolio?
