Hello all, new to the community and finally taking the plunge into the real estate world.

I finally saved up enough capital to purchase a decent town home or condo in Las Vegas.  

I had 5 mil in escrow for a tape for 60 days that never showed up it was an Indy mac tape.. so I finally gave up used the money to make new loans that I could control.. 

He finally decided not to buy it, so we did.

They then sold that and bought a 250 unit in OKC all C and D class and had to move there as they almost lost  it in foreclosure.. took 5 years of them living there and managing it personally to stablize and finally sell.. then bought a 20 uniit back in Oregon where it all started.. this over the course of a few decades.

This is exactly what Nvidia speaks to when they say we have finally broken this last major barrier, the "code" barrier.

After many attempts to explain this to Shellpoint they finally have readjusted the escrow payment to an even larger than initial amount.  

In some municipalities they require both a preliminary plan and a final plan, effectively making you go through the approval cycle TWICE. 

If my bank would open a checking account for me, then not registering the subseries would save me trouble and exposure.Ultimately, I don't know what's really true or who to believe, and I haven't finalized anything.
