I've been reading a lot on the Buffalo NY market and I'm relocating there this month.

I’ve done hours worth of research but I do have a question particularly for the Buffalo, NY area BP members.

I am purchasing my first multifamily property in the Buffalo, NY area that I am going to be renting out.  

Flipping is hot right now—due in part to reality TV shows that make it look easier than it is.In fact, according to one study, some markets—such as Buffalo, New York—are at all-time high.

I have heard upstate described as westchester to buffalo depending on who is talking.  

Alice, I'm not disagreeing with you, but seems to me I could spend days or weeks on the internet in social RE sites and never find an investor in Springfiled, Branson, Ozrk, Nixa, Willard or Buffalo Missouri to seel any property.

One area that I am interested in looking into is Buffalo, NY.
