Introducing myself

Hello all,

I just joined bigger pockets a few weeks back and just turned pro a few days ago. I've been listening to a couple of podcasts and reading a few books recommended by Brandon Turner. I currently live in New York City and bought a COOP here in Williamsburg Brooklyn about 8 months ago (I currently live in this coop, and its not meant to be an investment property HFDC). I currently have a full time job here in NYC as a programmer and I am looking to get my feet wet with real estate. My interests are buy and hold, basically long term cash flow. One area that I am interested in looking into is Buffalo, NY. I don't have much saved up since I just bought my COOP with 20% down and spend about 30k on rehabbing it.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi to everyone and I hope to learn as much as I can from you all!
