Title Company Choices

Hello, my name is Malik and I’m looking to dive in head first into Real Estate Investing! I’ve done hours worth of research but I do have a question particularly for the Buffalo, NY area BP members. Which title company would you consider your go-to for Assignments and Dual Closings?

In Buffalo, it's more of a question on which attorney to use. Attorney's will do double closings as there is no question of the legality but not everyone will do assignments.
