I'm particularly interested in the life that real estate investing can provide for my family.Outside of real estate, I enjoy hard work, learning new skills that will help me in my journey to success, and of course spending quality time with my beautiful daughters.I am Excited to learn and connect with you all!

But to be honest, I'm not happy with zillow pre-screening (almost non-existent), and background check (lower quality).

@Jon L.Your questions 1 and 4 in the survey are not something a lot of investors would want to provide... breach of privacy etcFor your question in the post here about the most frustrating part, for me plenty of frustration around contractors... finding quality ones, finding ones that haven't taken on too much work to where they bring in inexperienced guys to cover their multiple jobs etc

Hi Greg, I spend a lot of time listening to STR podcasts and YouTubers and the consistent assessment is that quality design is pretty much a must.

Note: We haven't made any decisions yet, they just seem like a quality option and wanted to figure this out before we got too far into deciding which applicant.

Property is a C class area, so I am concerned about the quality of tenant I will get but I am close to Ohio State University, a hospital, and short north/downtown columbus so I am hoping as long as I screen tenants I can find some promising people.

Getting a good quality tenant with these cabinets, painted or not, could prove challenging.
