Basically she is entering 5 columns worth of data that pertain to who bought the house for cash, their contact info, did they have a Deed of Trust, if so how much and with who, and did this investor flip the house or rent it out.She is doing a great job and got through 100 houses in the first day as most of this is copying and pasting from the county office and the land records office but is there any easier way?

To me, turnkey means you only have one person to talk to at the end of the day as an investor if you are not happy or if you have questions.That is just my definition, but I think there are a few people out there who would agree.

This package came with an “expert” who’d mentor them one day a month for a year.The problem I saw with this scenario was that the purchase price for this package was more than what it costs to buy a house.Had they known better, they could’ve partnered with an investor for that same amount and been made part of a deal while being taught in the process.

There is some great information available and you can learn about techniques used by the mentors and you got BiggerPockets to ask questions...soooo..do not hesitate...get a book or two on the topics you want..flipping..commerical properties..analysis of deals...real estate creative financing....etc....take a couple of hours a day a note book to write your thoughts on and questions and go for it.

At Stop lights/stop signs or anywhere traffic backs upOn wood telephone poles using 1" capped roofing nails, up high enough where people can't just walk by and rip them down I put 5 out per day while im out finding my 5 daily Driving for Dollars houses and then one day a week as many as i can.
