It can be a lot more time consuming but effective for someone on a tight budget looking to increase site traffic

Always keep an eye of leads/conversions as that'll give you a frame work to eliminate or down bid on keywords that aren't bringing in the relevant traffic/leads to maximize your ROI.

Hello I'm new to BP from the beautiful Bay Area...thought I would confirm Richmond is 20 minutes to SF downtown WITH NO traffic, that may be only Saturday early morning or Sunday while everyone is at church in the morning or sleeping in. 

The private road has an access point complete with a city traffic light.

We're wanting to buy up more investments, but all but one on the market meets our criteria, so we're becoming a little frustrated/impatient.

My husband took a trip out to the unit last night but no one was home.We'll be using his extra money to hire a lawyer to help us out if he isn't out of the apartment March 1.Nevertheless, I'm super impatient and dying to know what to expect.  

I buy traffic from Google Adwords and find distressed homeowners looking to sell fast.  

I think that this may draw attention and traffic to my website or advertisements during vacancies.

My potential job prospects are in Nampa or Meridian so the commute could work out to not be that, like you mentioned, anything is better than SD traffic.

There isn't much traffic over head but still.want to make it as peaceful as possible.
