Moore County Probate Q

Does anyone know the ins/outs of Probate court in Moore County? Their website was/is NOT helpful. (We've asked the closing attorney we like to use there, but haven't heard back from him yet.) So I just thought I'd ask here to see if any of you are familiar with Moore County's process! We're wanting to buy up more investments, but all but one on the market meets our criteria, so we're becoming a little frustrated/impatient. Fingers crossed some of you know know how to gain access to the contact info for the personal representatives of the estates!! TIA

Almost at the point of sending out direct letters/mailers to the neighborhoods we're wanting to be in...thoughts on that welcome as well.
