Would they find that strange, like you're going to sell them something?

The property recording often lags.It is very strange that it has a sign that says call with offers.

One of our popular RE posters on BP has this goal for some strange reason.The goal should be maximum after-tax income or gain.

aluminum isn't the end of the world..in fact, many of my rentals have it..you just need to make sure you have the correctly rated receptacles/switches for aluminum, and that the conections are tight..it's good to check them between tenants as well, because aluminum can move as weather changes, and that's how they become loose and get hot....it doesn't happen overnight though...it takes a while for aluminum to shift...aluminum has a bad name, but if you take the necessary precautions, you should be fine...i've never had an insurance agent ask if i had copper or aluminum wires...they only ask if it's breakers or fuses...strange..have you checked with other insurance companies?

The buyer told me to call the title company in that area which is strange because I assume the seller is responsible for the deed transfer but anyways what should i do?

Strange things happen to vacate houses,,,like drywall cracks, doors jam,,stools crack,,the list is endless.Have a slush fund and expect anything.

This might happen when you first start in a new area, but once you start you will meet a few good guys and they will tell you about other guys who are good.In is strange, but good trandesmen often hang out with other guys who do good work (even if they just drink together).

Maybe this is not my place to say, but considering how much money is being/has been made from networking via this site, I find it very strange that the amount collected via donations is VERY low.I'm still in my learning stages but I fully intend to donate something small from each deal I close....even if its 0.01% of your profits, i'm pretty sure anyone can work that into their budget

The strange thing is on small planes I don't mind it, its just the large cross country flights.Thats funny you said your up front laughing.
