We have successfully renovated old 2BR/1ba homes by adding one or two more bedrooms and another bathroom, making an old 800 to 1000 sq ft home into a modern 1400 to 1800 sq ft home.

However, you don't need to print them if you go there with a laptop, tablet, or smart phone.

With modern technology, emails, scanning and telephone calls I have handled from a distance two repairs, and re-signing of the lease.You just might want to consider managing the property yourself if you possibly can.

What are the rentals like, are they modernized, with newer appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring, or are they older and run down?
