@Levi Ballard we should chat there are a few things you can do that i have done and seem to be fine from the cases i have been involved in but it is always good to talk to a lawyer. 

There is a Franchise and Excise (F&E) tax levied on LLC's, S Corps, and other entities that offer legal protection.

There's also the 4% General Excise Tax (GET), which you will need to apply and register for a GE License.

Just need to get the appropriate general excise and transient accommodation tax licenses with the state.

Unfortunately, the Medicare Tax, a combined tax of 2.9% is levied on all levels of compensation.
