I am looking for discussion regarding Oklahoma Landlord/Tenant laws. I’ve read the act many times and I understand the basics, however there is a lot of language I don’t understand being new to the business. I’m looking for any and all input and tips you have if you’re from the state or you know the state law!

@Levi Ballard we should chat there are a few things you can do that i have done and seem to be fine from the cases i have been involved in but it is always good to talk to a lawyer.  going to court on a regular basis is also a good way to learn how the landlord tenant act is actually enforced.  I am there monthly and always learn something.
