The current tenant is a threat to your well being, both physically and financially.  

This is more than just talk and threats from a manufacturer. 

I still feel alot of old school PM's do not know how to integrate with all the different online platforms and consider them a threat to their old way of life collecting 20 to 40% to manage everything in house.

I predict the only thing you will receive is death threats and  possibly a couple black eyes  doing that .
