Tips for Collecting Back Rent

Brandon Chidester
Posted

I've recently partnered with a seasoned business owner and Real Estate Investor who will be a great mentor for me. One of the projects I agreed to help him work on is working to collect a large sum of back rent from the past few years.

Tips: Does anyone have any suggestions or proven methods that I can put to practice? We want to avoid collections.

All advice is greatly appreciated!

So you are supposed to chase after these folks who don’t pay their bills and shake them down for back rent for this “ mentor “ ?

What a lousy arrangement for you ! You should go work for the mob and get better pay .  I predict the only thing you will receive is death threats and  possibly a couple black eyes  doing that . Look Nobody ever pays back rent . That is like saying go fetch me a pail of steam lol best of luck
