Oct 2015 - Vacant Lot - Off market/Direct mail - Just down the street from #5 and #6 there was a lot where the home had burned down. 

A classic example is a partially burned building.

It's almost impossible to find rentals for the displaced, I know, my firefighter grandson had his house burn, and is looking for a place to rent for his wife and two kids, so he can get back to work.

Ideas of what to do with 2 vacant lots:I own a single parcel that had 12 homes, lined up in a row-the whole side of a cul-de-sac street.  2 burned down and were demolished.

I bought the lot 10+ years ago to prevent a slash-and-burn developer from getting it and putting a home that wasn't right for the historic neighborhood (it's not designated, modern homes look extremely out of place here).  

I literally JUST took a few CPEs on it so it was burned into my mind.

Burning one parties car was the way one of the parties involved decided to handle the situation.Best part about the car fire was one of the parties forgot which car was owned by the tenant.

Then once The tenants family gets his crap out I get them to sign off tenancy and all possessions that day .I then clean up and burn or throw out anything left .
