cash from vacant lots

Ideas of what to do with 2 vacant lots:

I own a single parcel that had 12 homes, lined up in a row-the whole side of a cul-de-sac street. 

2 burned down and were demolished. Because of zoning (light industrial) I only had 12 months to rebuild - I didn't. I can't subdivide. 

I am looking for ways to generate cash from the 2 vacant lots.
