As for -10, that zip includes Ortega, supposedly one of the wealthiest old money neighborhoods in the state with rows of million dollar homes, the very solid and charming $200/sq ft Fairfax area, some C and D blocks of Lakeshore, Cedar Hills and Hyde Park, and even super rural parts of the county west of I-295.
