Mike, there very well could be, but those 3 probably control more than 50% of the market.I am aware of other companies that can offer a quote, but I don’t recommend them as they do not have the policy language adapted to the STR exposure that make Proper and CBIZ the main players.  

I currently focus on Mixed use, adaptive reuse, retail strip and professional office both strip and condo.

But the longer you and all of you will cling to DMM, D4D, DK, Bandit signs, to further left behind you are getting by others that see the signs and step up and adapting their business models to be able to compete with the times!

It may sound obvious to some seasoned vets but in a market in constant flux, strategies and thought processes can become stale and force you to adapt.

I also like that you’re willing to adapt your strategy, that’s important and very smart!

It would be great (obviously a very selfish outlook) if it did since I’m young and could take advantage of it, but I think people are missing key economic factors that show that our market has adapted significantly since the last crash.
