Hey BP family,

My name's Gustavo and I'm a 21 year old entrepreneur looking to dip my feet into the real estate waters. My current schedule doesn't allow me the time to take the real estate course and pull my license, so I am trying this in the meantime. I don't have any experience in real estate other than what I've learned from BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide. I am focused, motivated, and highly adaptable, and believe I could be of great assistance to someone who is looking for the help. I am not looking for payment, simply an opportunity to learn first hand. If you or anyone you know in real estate could use an assistant, please let me know. I do have a full time day job (8-4), but am available on week nights after 4. Weekends are a little more complicated but I am flexible and often willing to make changes to my schedule in order to better suit your needs.

Thanks!
