Lastly, this article covers the part where we talk about where their deposit came from... the SF homeless shelter, they scammed them as well.... forged my signature on a few docs, etc.

It helps protect yourself for sure from the poorly trained legal people or from people that claim to be in the industry, BS and scam artists.

Just make sure the wire info is truly from the legit  title company   There are a lot of scams happening where you wire, but it's not the actual title company's info.
