It's only scalable to a point though.

If you are self-managing... don't expect that to be scalable forever.As they say, management of the many is the same as management of the few.

Social media is a longer game, you’re not going to get clients from it right away, but it’s far more scalable than cold calling.

That rule is geared towards traditional retirement assets, not real estate and financial alternatives.Your goal of purchasing 1 property per year is "scalable" growth, not compounding. 1 should eventually turn into 2. 2 should turn into 4.

Lower end normally means more profit, but you spend an inordinate amount of time earning it, which is not scalable in my opinion.

Everything is batched to send out in the morning and all emails go out at the same time. hmmm ... if/when you want to bat around ideas on partitioning and distributing this load {could improve both customer/member satisfaction and scalability in the process}, I would be willing to help out.

Having a tenant pay x months upfront is not (as easily) scalable. 

Now with everything in place and scalable we can easily add new homes for management with minimal cost increase so it has become a much more cost effective solution.
