What do you charge for recruiting new tenants?

Some recruitment systems have started asking for it as an applicant disambiguator to stop different agencies submitting the same candidate but I always give a fake number an this is misuse similar to how the misuse in the US started.  

I don't personally play a lot, but others on my team love it for recruiting and networking because it's not as formal as even sitting for coffee.

I have also seen several people buy a house (40K) and work their tails off gutting and rebuilding the property putting another 60 to 70K (borrowed) in materials while recruiting friends and family for help only to see a 10K return in 1 year.

Today the established brokerages as well as the start ups are spending a lot of money trying to recruit good agents and associate brokers so you'll need some kind of hook.

What if a company gets a company profile section depending on how many colleagues they recruit from their company?
