We have done one flip about 6 years ago made some money but never went full steam ahead.

Looking around these days it seems like they've lost some of their steam as I see quite a few people snuggled right up to the edge of the we buy *gly houses slogan.Hindsight is 20-20.

Then they seem to lose steam or don't want to discount their properties.

But there's a re-fi boom underway.....gathering steam too.
