Hello to my new BP family, my name is Mike and I'm the new kid on the block.  I am a new investor just starting out in real estate.  I am from New Jersey just outside of Philadelphia, looking to start flipping houses.  I am in it with my brother. We have done one flip about 6 years ago made some money but never went full steam ahead. Since then, we got a lot of education and now we are doing it part time and hopefully full time in the future... it's getting old to punch a time clock every day.  A friend told me about this website to meet people in my same boat and I am all about networking... there is power in numbers. I hope to meet people to learn from as well as to teach some of what I have learned. Thank you for your time to read this and hope to talk to you soon.  The sky's the limit.  Mike
