@Paul SandhuI’m not sure if this is what your Chinese engineers are doing, but when my Taiwanese parents (small, Mandarin Chinese-speaking island off the coast of China) come to visit, they unplug the Roku in the guest room and hook up something called a Moon Box so they can get their Chinese language programming for free.

I don't just say this because I am one, I say it because the bylaws for these HoAs are often hundreds of pages long and use 18th century language to set out the rights and responsibilities of the homeowners and the board.

Another concern is that there is no language here that would limit the number of pets that would be allowed - it seems to be written to suggest it is talking about a single companion but it doesn't explicitly say that so it seems unwise to assume.
