Of course legalise with lawyers and an accountant and all of that needs to be done, but I would be interested in learning further, as I don't want to fall foul of FSCO

I want to thank all our 14,000 investors at CardoneCapital, our employees, my family, friends and all of you guys here on BP who gave me the benefit of the doubt and did NOT immediately assume foul on my part and waited to see the outcome before jumping to conclusions.   

I hope you had their parents co-sign and put down a nice size deposit.I love animals and I allow them in my properties if they are spayed, neutered and up to date on vaccines AND the tenant pays a sizable, fully refundable (if no odor/damage) pet deposit.

Also, ODOR is a huge issue.

How is the toilet causing the odor? 

These areas must be respected and maintained in a clean, orderly fashion - included but not limited to trash, debris, odor, unattended possessions, etc, by penalty of $100 fee per incident.

BTW -I was almost convinced, due to the slight odor in a particular point on my daily walking route, that some neighbors of mine had a grow operation in their garage.

They are good for some things...not so good for others.Its awesome for removing pet odors, smoke odors including the smell left over from fire damage.

She said that she had to install new floor over old floor because of cat odors that got wildly out of hand at one of her rentals.

We can either cry foul, or work within those bounds and beat the crap out of the system..
