I was enticed by this story and would like to buy the book. 

That 40k asa  down paymwent is enticing to lenders. what helped me was just educating my fam on the benefits of investing.

And that approach might apply to other aspects of the subdivision.Also, I've heard some larger developers entice cities to approve projects by donating land within the subdivision land for public parks, elementary schools, fire departments and such -- some go so far as to actually build these extras, saving the cities even more money. 

Also wanted to leave them wanting more information to hopefully entice them to call to find out more. 

I just heard about the idea of chunking down my mortgage on a rental property; sounds enticing to have an early payoff.  

A lot of opportunity zones in Nashville making certain neighborhoods very enticing. 

My hesitancy is the fact that compared to my other BRRRR deals, this one seems significantly less enticing. 

As it nears 25%, it becomes less enticing compared to a conventional loan.

No it likely wouldn't, an appraiser would most likely avoid using builder sales because they sell at a premium because they are new construction and the builder can offer all kinds of incentives and goodies to entice buyers. 

I'm not seeing much that's enticing at this time in the market, but I'll watch them closely as things continue to progress.
