You're saying that since you make so much money at your first job, you're willing to work a 2nd full time job...and use the "extra" income from the first full time job to pay your employer on the 2nd full time job...for the privilege of working there, with the hope that over time you will get enough promotions and raises to make it worth your while...even though you have no control or promises that those promotions and raises will ever happen....and yes, why invest in something that's losing you money? 

This isnt either a post looking to shame or promote asset classes or markets......but rather for us to pool information to get an understanding of what other people in similar asset classes and markets are experiencing.

Myself and @Jay Hinrichs for the last several years have expressed skepticism that this strategy may make people to take on levels of risk in their portfolio that they do not understand and could not manage in a down economy.Im one of the biggest promoters of believing that mortgage debt is one of the greatest things about real estate, but at manageable levels of 75% LTV or less.

That's what you're promoting but I see it CLEARLY as immoral, unethical and tyrannical.The state can do a LOT of different things "for the greater good" as you say, but some of these things are unethical and immoral.

Don't take any "promote" until the investors have been paid with a minimum return.  

Once they’re clean you really only need a light scuff to promote adhesion of primer.

In NYC there is currently a movement of politicians and tenant advocates who promote the idea that housing should be completely controlled by the government.
