I'm Italian, and originally from North Jersey/NYC area so we just send out some guys that specialize in knee cap alterations 🤣.Ok, more seriously, I personally believe in responding to reviews both positive and negative because it builds a critical body of work such that when you do respond to negative reviews it doesn't look out of place.

With DSCR loans the best you'll find is 85% of purchase but the rates are so much higher than an 80% that you'll likely be going with 20% down and that program will be based off FICO score and the cash flow of the property.

This will hurt the tenant's credit score, it will warn future landlords when they run a credit check, and it will prevent the tenant from qualifying for a personal loan, home loan, etc.

In our opinion, Class C tenants have FICO scores from 560 to 620 - where their chance of default/nonpayment is 15-22%.
