I am looking at a property that has this requirement:Purchaser is responsible for providing a letter of corrections and stamped certified structural analysis from a certified engineer prior to performing any repairs or improvements to the property.

@Michael Walton careful if you transfer into an LLC in FL and you have a loan on the property you will have to pay doc stamps on the deed "transfer taxes".
