LLC formation / asset protection

Hey guys, Looking to quit claim my quad from my name into a LLC (I'm in Tallahassee, FL as is the property). This is my first/only investment property that I've had in my name for a little over a year now. I don't have the LLC set up as of yet, so I'm wondering a few things.... 1). Is this something I should try and set up myself (e.g. Legal Zoom) or should I spend a little money or the front end w an attorney to make sure it's set up correctly? 2) Will I (or should I) get an attorney involved to quit claim the property from my name into the LLC? 3). What's a fair range in terms of cost for both of these tasks if I take it to an attorney to execute? Thanks in advance! -Mike
