Tenant stopped paying rent part 2

I've posted this earlier : I'm in south Florida, I've rented condo to a tenant with lease ending 9/30/16

Tenant didn't pay rent in Aug. I have 1 month as security deposit + last month rent.

I gave a tenant 3 day notice to .... no response and now I'm looking for an eviction service  - attorney or paralegal with successful experience of evicting non paying tenants in Broward, Dade or Palm Beach counties in Florida

PM me if you can personally recommend me such individual  who can assist me with this eviction

If this is your first eviction, you should hire a good landlord-tenant attorney so that it goes smoothly, watch and observe what the proper steps are and in the future you can do the evictions yourself and save $$.
