There are a handful of people that have pools but you see pools more with condos/townhomes that are being used as STR.  2)  We are launching our STR around end of October / early November and it will be cooler and we are hoping this helps us stand out.3)  We live 7 mins from the property and intend for the cleaners to help with draining / cleaning it and filling it back up as a part of the cleaning duties. 

Orlando and Emerald Coast are the two standouts.I launched in Orlando mid-October and have been doing awesome.  12k gross in Nov and 17k in Dec for a well themed house in one of the resort communities.Considering picking up a place in the Emerald Coast this year as well.

Stacy is pitching for all the other gurus out there, with every product launch.

My husband and I are builder / developers of a green built condominium community.

I really wasn't planning on doing any wholesaling until my launch date Jan 1st, least of all with an REO, but would be nice if I can get this to work.

@Aaron MazzrilloIt always amazes me how products can be launched & marketed, when it is so easy to get the data for free or close to free.

. - all serve their own purpose and are frequented be members.We're currently working on a system to reward the use of all of the various areas of BP - should be launched in the next few days - to show those people who have given to both the community and to the site.

I think, dealing in condominiums in Toronto can be a nice option for investment.

But people who just launch out there seem to have the right idea.Just a word of caution with some of these lists for sale out there.
