I'm officially off the bench and have started actively wholesaling. I've spoken with sellers this week, viewing properties, and started a yellow letter campaign.

Hoping this will bring me closer to my first deal. I'll keep you posted on my successes and failures.

I have so appreciated this community for giving me the confidence to get in the game.

Giving an update on how to get active!

My first deal died but my partner and I learned a lot and gained a great mentor!

We have multiple offers out and hoping to put one under contract ASAP.

Through "failure" we built a strong buyer's list and starting a new marketing strategies this month.

Words of wisdom: Just do it! Be afraid but get out there and it will come to you!
