An agent benefits from working with a sharp investor that gets delas flips them and gives unusable leads (to the investor) to the agent.Why wouldn't a contractor stick with you if you give him work, pay him well and treat him with respect and admire his awesome craftsmanship?

I greatly admire people who pull themselves up by their own bootstraps with little help, but if you have a leg up like access to family capital, and know how to properly use it, why not?

I'm admiring your portfolio and hope to learn anything possible from you!!

The first one ended up round and while I was pausing for 'admiration-time' a neighbor came home and asked what I was doing.  

I give him lots of credit for that sort of effort - very admirable IMO.

Never know what will happen, but looks like BYU is in trouble.....while many may not really agree with the manner of the violation, I have to admire the reasoning behid it.

A commercial investor I admire stays within a specific neighborhood of Minneapolis.

I admire that you were able to pivot strategies from buy and hold to fix and flip and make out well.Any plans for another sometime soon?
