Now OK you won't get a cool 4% rate, but you aren't going to get abused either.  

The service is aware of the issue, but feels it is not abused enough for them to be concerned and as long as they keep their buyers happy, the service will grow.

I would only consider 1 system if you don't have the cash for the increased cost and you have higher end tenants that aren't going to abuse it. 

It could also be that your renter is abusing the place.

LVP/EVP holds up well to abuse and does not get damaged easily.

You just have to make sure you're not discriminating against the protected classes (i.e. age, race, gender, sexual orientation, ESA, etc.)

Certainly they won’t do more damage than your sub-renter is willing/able to cover.Talk to your insurance agent about coverage for people renting from your renter and serving alcohol to minors who maybe crash on their way home, or a person says they were sexually assaulted at your sub rental.
