Adobe Flash and Java are 2 of the 3 most targeted applications for exploits, and guess what they run on?

Before you can be creative in your art, you must understand the art. 

But at the moment I would love to learn the art of whole selling to help me raise personal cash to fund my own deals.  

It was like art watching it get pounded out,  Investor, contractor, and banker doing what they do best.  

If hte HOA is the RSF and the Art Jury is the review committee then I feel your pain.  

Looking for something to start that's low cost as we're starting to build our 'final' adobe and there will not be much if any money left over!

If you haven't already, listen to the BP podcast with Dave Van Horn, also the book Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss  and another recent e book by Sherman Arnowitz the art of investing in distressed properties should provide you with a good starting point of education, it definitely won't be an ending point though.Good luck, keep us updated.
