I liked hiring movers through the U-Haul site the last couple times I moved. 

Then find out what you need to do to take over the unit asap.I'm just afraid if you fix that toilet, they will become occupants and you have to evict them, too.Maybe you can offer to have movers put the stuff in a storage locker? 

The cost for me to rent movers was the amount I saved in one month from moving, so it was worth it for me. 

First off it is located in Aberdeen Md it is in a decent neighborhood not the best but not the worst.

Difference then was, he was known by all the big guys, the mover and shakers and they fed him real deals.

I'm excited that there is more to come and look forward to connecting with wholesalers and other movers/shakers in the Atlanta area. 

We have rentals in Tumwater, Shelton and Aberdeen.

You may be able to luck out in Aberdeen, too - but you wont see much, if any appreciation there.
