Yesterday was the 1st meeting ever for the newly found group "Atlanta Real Estate Club". The meeting was a total SUCCESS! A lot of great people came out and everybody shared their knowledge and insight. We all decided that we'll meet the 1st Sunday of every month instead of meeting every Sunday. The next meeting is February 7, 2016 at the Panda Express (2580 Windy Hill Rd SE, Marietta, GA 30067) as of now. Waiting to hear back from @Karen Petty if we're going to change it to a location on the southern side of Atlanta. This a great meeting where experienced real estate investor, newbie, and people who looking to get into the Real Estate field. All I ask of everybody is to leave their pride and ego to the side, let's all come together as one to network and help each other out. If anybody need to get in contact with me. At the end of day we're all a team. @Mike Watkins Have a great idea of starting a Wholesaler group. I'll get in contact with him in regarding to starting that group. Yes it was. Some had interests in wholesaling and the other half had interest in obtaining more rentals.
