Hello, I stumbled across this site earlier today, and after reading numerous posts with great viewpoints, I’m really impressed with the knowledge base of the community here.

Thank you all for your positive feedback.I know it sounds corny but the ability to contribute to a forum like this is all the thanks I need (cue violins)I am a relative newbie but I am happy to be able to share what I have learned with all of you here on this forum.I am rewarded also when I have a problem that I can come here and get honest open view points to help me weigh out the possibilities.

But I'm still wondering if folks with experience selling condos have a viewpoint.

So with that said, I appreciate your viewpoint that this may be perceived as 'blame shifting'.

My viewpoint is that if you want it bad enough and put action behind your desires you will succeed.

The problem with your friends premise is he is starting from the view point that the majority of agents will act unethically to gain double the commission.
