If it's important to be able to resell the property in the (near or distant) future, having a title insurance policy is obviously a huge benefit of using a title company, as well.

I live in WA where eviction is almost impossible lol I’m talking about using a call center to generate leads of people interested in selling their home like a whole sales but instead of just stealing properties and then selling them to investors do a novation and arrange agreeable terms between the buyer and seller.

If you are a landlord and not using a licensed Real Estate Agent as a property manager you can get away with not complying with all the fair housing laws, but when you are like my company and you have multiple properties available to rent at one time, that is when it is very easy to find out if we treat all applications the same across the entire portfolio.
