CT landlords must return tenants' security deposit, w/ interest, w/in 21 days, not 30

I was so happy to have access to a Connecticut lease agreement and other key documents with my Pro membership. This saved me tons of time drafting these documents from scratch. Note however, as of October 1, 2023, Connecticut Landlords must return tenants' security deposits, with interest on the deposit, within 21 days and not 30 days. The lease document from bigger pockets still says 30 days.
