Eventually i hope to see Las Vegas stand on its two feet and not be severely impacted by casino tourism.Until then, i'll continue scouting of vegas and hopefully with patience and some determination i can land a good deal from a property!

Totally regionalin the two markets I am building new construction Portlandia and Charleston SC out of 60 or so homes built in the last 26 months.. all but 2 sold before I got C of O and closed with in 10 days of CO and for 99% of ask and or over ask.we are active in your market in the flips and they are moving well with profits on most all.looking at some new builds right now.. but smaller scale.I see some locals doing pretty good there just have to price right.. not everyone wants and INDY special vinyl village home for the cheapest amount possible.. cater to that edgy buyer looking for cool and modern designs close in.

Currently after a week of scouting the property websites like zillow, realtor, and trulia, we have found that in the lowest crime zones we expect to find a fully renovated 2/1 or 3/1 single family home for 135k, and we also found that in the 150k range some move in ready duplexes exist.
