Newbie from Canada

I have read so many of the positive messages and you all seem to have so many helpful tips. I only started seriously last year and have done 2 flips in the Atlanta area. It was a learning experience and didn't get the results I was looking for , however quite optimistic it will only get better. I am looking for wholesale properties to flip in the Atlanta area or bird dogs in the area. Thanks for all the support and encouragement you all give! Jackie
