I'm very new to the scene but have been dying to get in.

I'm looking for recommendations or advice on how to go about this in a different way with someone that has some common scene. 

If they do pay I would take advantage of their inflated scenes of entitlement and selectively find ways to further encourage them to with hold rent in the future.

I am new to the REI scene in St. louis.  

I am looking to find someone to help me set the ground work that needs to be done behind the scenes before I can go out and actually start looking at property.

I'd like it to be in a somewhat urban area as I live in very rural New England and would want to use the rental myself on occasion for a change of scene!
