I'm looking to consolidate all of my current mortgages. I've been running my rental company for the past 10 years and have most of my mortgages paid down to under 10 years left. I have ruffly 180k I'm looking to consolidate into one payment the equity/collateral I have in these properties is ruffly 171k. I have not missed a single payment with my current bank lender in 10 years. I've been trying to work with them the last few years to get this consolidated and keep being run around. I'm looking for recommendations or advice on how to go about this in a different way with someone that has some common scene.
