Hello Folks, New member to the BP Forums. I am established here in Plano TX. I currently work with an online lender structuring mortgages for residential properties. Typical Fannie and Freddie loans. If I can be of assistance to anyone please don't hesitate to reach out. I'd also like to connect to learn more about real estate investing in general. I'm very new to the scene but have been dying to get in. I've decided to take action rather than just think about it. Any feedback about any piece of investing is welcomed. (How to start, financing, flipping, buy and hold, multi families. Etc) I look forward to connecting. Thank you,
