I've read reports on politicians discussing a 15k tax credit that would be for all homebuyers, not just 1st time home buyers and also raising the limit or possibly removing a limit on household income.

It took people who owned a vehicle free and clear and put them into a financed vehicle, basically tacking on another monthly payment to their household budget amidst a downturn economy and rising unemployment.

I know that correlation does not prove causation, but many that attend private schools IN OUR COUNTRY are wealthy and come from a nice stable household with parents that care.

Some Lenders want to see ALL income in the entire Household.

Analysis of growth rates in household income across the nation with the ability to cross-match it with home values relative to household income, etc.

Well, it sounds as if the household expenses are readily met.

What I was looking for is an increase in median household income in the Sacramento region from say early 2000s to now.  

I believe these start in November and apply to households receiving a number of government programs.

So, for me, I would pass on this applicant if $90k is their household's total income.
