Any update on 15k tax credit to ALL home buyers?

I've read reports on politicians discussing a 15k tax credit that would be for all homebuyers, not just 1st time home buyers and also raising the limit or possibly removing a limit on household income. Anyone familiar or have some more credible information about this, such as when it would actually happen (2010?) and likelihood of this actually happening?

I take that back - I did hear about this today - the gist of it is

"Expand the current First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit incentive from the lesser of 10 percent of the purchase price of the home or $8,000 to a higher limit of either 10 percent or $15,000 for all homebuyers, remove the income restrictions and include all primary residence purchases for one full year"
